Vanderbilt Country Club is a self managed, member owned, Bundled Golf community. There is a BOD (board of directors) elected by the owners, with a professional management hired by the board. The community is well financed, debt free, with lots of reserves for replacement of assets as well as funds for securing new assets. There is a full time Pro shop complement of teaching pros and one or two assistants. There is a full time sports director who handles Pickleball, Bocce and Tennis on lighted Har tru tennis courts. The 18 hole golf course has 5 different Tess to challenge the best golfers as well as accommodate some not "so great golfers"!
